historic=memorial +
memorial=war_memorial

Ciao, considera che è un po' inutile disegnare gli edifici usando le ortofoto di Bing o altro, dato che abbiamo fonti molto più precise e allineate. Forse è più utile (agli inizi) concentrarsi su altro. come attività commerciali, servizi pubblici, farmacie, banche, hotel, ecc ecc
Ad ogni modo, anche con l'editor ID (che stai usando) c'è il comando per ortogonalizzare le geometrie (rende retti tutti gli angoli, com'è spesso per gli edifici recenti
