La villa nella sua interezza è già taggata come leisure=park. Non è corretto taggare così anche ogni singola aiuola al suo interno. "leisure=park" rappresenta un parco: non ce ne sono certo 18. Secondo me è meglio un qualche landcover=*

Credo sia anche una limitazione dell'app con cui hai apportato la modifica, ma come vedi nelle vicinanze e in tutta Italia, in genere non si associano i civici ad un intero edificio, anche perché un edificio può avere molti civici anche affacciati su più strade.
Quell'edificio ha un solo civico? e già che ci siamo, di quanti piani è composto?

One last thing: are you sure the building is dedicated ONLY for the shop? Or maybe there is also residential or other activities?
In the latter case, is better to draw the building per se. And map the shop as a separate node inside the building.

Potrebbe. Sono solo convenzioni di mappatura che si vanno consolidando col tempo.
Non è un errore gravissimo. è preferibile credo per logica (dato che la way con cui si mappa la strada è in pratica solo la mezzeria. A tal proposito considera che chi ricalca da un piano regolatore ad esempio, dove si può, vede le "reali" delimitazioni delle proprietà e terreni) e anche perché rende le modifiche molto più semplici: ad esempio se un terreno viene lottizzato.

Hi. The key "length(metres)" does not exists in OSM. Aka it is invalid and not recognized by data consumers.
The right key is "length". And the default unit is metres
