This section of the Catoctin Trail has been rerouted from the note point I added to Delauter Road; trail now bypasses the section of private land and zig zags straight to Delauter Road; once on road you need to make a left turn, walk uphill to rejoin Catoctin Trail on your right; I have a recording on ALLTRAILS that documents the new route
