Should this service road be merged with Sandymouth Road? Is this a real named road? It doesn't appear in the Maryland GIS centerline data, but I don't know how authoritative that data set is.

Looks like Hanover Pike (MD 30) is 50 mph here rather than 40 mph, but not sure for how long it is that high
