There is a public, paved bicycle/walking path that stretches from Carrion Circle/Railroad Ave to the west (next street over) to Walnut Lane to the west, crossing Dutton Street at this point. You can see this on Google Maps here:

Landuse got messed up. Entire region around Dixon was changed to landuse=residential. Possibly in changeset/62558164 but needs a closer look.
