Old Allnex site and Peruvian Wharf now combined into joint planning application (23/01697/OUT, still pending) to include data centres and presumably still distribution centre at some point.

From this point you can access the new Forest Play Park. You can also continue West (if on the highest path) all the way to the 'Garff' boundary line, where you go North down into the pasture field to join onto the footpath.

Around this area and a liitle N/E of here is a forest play park. (Tree den, monkey bars, balance beams etc)
From the Hairpin there is kissing gate and hardcore path to access the lower half of the new development. The second half is higher up the hillside where the marker is located. You can also access this area on a junction not currently marked S/W from here where the "S" bend is (next to stream)
