I'm just having a look through the original planning documents (PA/14/03594/A1), and at least in the first version of the Design & Access Statement (Part 6), these paths are described as:

"Riverfront promenades
Linking to the wider area including: pedestrian and cycle route, informal play, planting and seating."

Whether this made it into the final version or not, I don't know, but it certainly seems like the intent was for these to be shared footways.

Fair enough (if it's considered a pavement...)

I think the motorbike thing is implicit on highway=footway anyway, but there's no harm in adding it explicitly.

I'm curious about the bicycle=dismount though... I've never spotted signs there that tell cyclists to dismount. Is that a new thing?

Sounds good, thanks :)

No problem, I've done similar before!

Are these definitely tracks? They look like they may be the route of a pipeline of some sort, so may just be reincorporated back into the fields once complete?

I found a planning application (19/01931/FUL) which shows the CHiP plant as being the lower half, so I've update the top half to show the Cadent plant.

Is the northern half of the site actually the "adjacent gas pressure reduction station owned by Cadent" mentioned on the Beckton CHiP website?

Thanks for checking out those fixmes!

The shop still has its signage up, but shutters were down when I passed yesterday. Same with Bernards Trading next door, which seems to share the same phone number.

Hi King_Rockhammer,

Welcome to OpenStreetMap, and thanks for making edits around Ilford.

Please note that you mustn't copy from other maps like Google Maps when making edits to OpenStreetMap - see osm.org/welcome - so your changes should generally be based on local knowledge.

Thanks for the details Branko

Will these edits get credited back to the user who originally added them via Map Builder (pretty sure this was me)?

I don't see any history in my profile after editing.

Glad it helped. Thanks for tidying things up.

The cycle lanes on the viaduct are largely open now, though with temporary crossings in place still.

There's Mapillary imagery from 31 December.

Welcome to OpenStreetMap! It's great to have a new contributor adding addressing information in the Isle of Man.

A handy tip while editing buildings (and terraces in particular) is the square corners tool - in the iD editor you can just hit the 'q' key after drawing a building and it'll square everything up for you, or select multiple buildings in the terrace to do them all in one go.

It looks like historically 95 Rathbone Street was opposite the end of Tant Avenue, roughly where it has been reinstated, but the numbering direction has been changed for some reason

Addressing added per local signage.

Numbering on the Rathbone Street edge of the development seems to go in the opposite direction to existing properties on the eastern side.

Numbering at the eastern end of Norah Smyth Road suggests Fortunes Dock should perhaps be 2 rather than 22 as used in their marketing.
