and for 5th street NW, your addition is a duplicate as the cycleway is tagged to the road, see way/6059154#map=17/38.92500/-77.01935&layers=C

it seems you've added a cycleway along Howard University's boundary. this includes along Georgia Ave (where there is no bike lane infrastructure), and just north of the DC Water buildings where there is no public access.
