Earlier today I've sent an email to Chieti's municipal administration asking for an official map of SS81 inside the territory of Chieti, when they'll send it to me I'll fix every wrong tagged way to make sure everything is tagged correctly.

Are there different parts of the building tagged as building:part=*? Yes
Is there a building relation that groups every way which forms the building? Yes

The wiki's guidelines are fulfilled. That's it. If you want to make other edits, you're welcome.

Also, let me point out that the building:part=yes tag in the San Giustino cathedral is there since 2015 and you've noticed only now, after a my changeset. Your edit was the last and you didn't notice.
Never tell me again "again you don't read the wiki" or "dumb edits". Thank you and shut up. Next time you'll make a changeset, be sure that you're doing everything correctly. Again, thank you.

As you can see, I haven't touched these ways (way/137471020 and way/137471000) which still have your changeset as last edit.

My edits follow the wiki.
I used the building:part=* tag on certain part of the buildings, not the whole building, so I think I've done everything correctly.

Hi SekeRob, I follow what the iD says when I create a changeset, and I use the automatic tags it uses. Anyway, I realized I don't like tagging trafficislands, so I'll not tag them. This was the first trafficisland I've created and I will not do it again.

Why did you rename the streets this way?

Mi va automatico metterlo perché mi dà fastidio leggere "ipotesi" nella scheda della way, se un'informazione la so con certezza preferisco sempre metterlo e non lasciare mai ipotizzato nulla (odio dare per scontato le cose).
Comunque, questo changeset in particolare l'ho fatto perché ho tolto i nomi dalle rotonde visto che nella relativa discussione nel gruppo Telegram di OSM Italia era stato detto che conveniva non mettere i nomi dalle rotonde quando non è specificato (ad esempio, quando hanno un nome diverso dalle vie a cui sono collegate).
