There are conflicting stories on the web on whether Royal Street is turned into a pedestrian mall in the afternoons.

Official notice from the police:

"Royal Street between the northern curb of Bienville Street to the southern curb of Orleans will be closed to vehicular traffic [from] Monday through Friday between 11 a.m. to 4 p.m [and] Saturdays and Sundays 11 a.m. to 7 p.m."

But this article from March 2023:

says there were no barricades to keep the traffic out. The police are quoted saying there are signs that make the road pedestrian.

How is the situation on the ground right now? The temporal access restriction could be tagged with the conditional scheme.

Richtung Wörth an der Donau gibt es an dieser Stelle eine einseitige Geschwindigkeitsbegrenzung auf 80 km/h. Auf der Gegenfahrbahn Richtung Falkenstein gilt 100 km/h.
