While foot travel off-trail is authorized, this is not currently a USFS approved System trail to the bomber crash site. The trail follows approximately the intended path of a planned trail with bridge that is part of the Payette NF South Fork Restoration and Access Management Plan. However, implementation of the plan is delayed so the trail is not officially open. See https://www.fs.usda.gov/project/payette/?project=51257

The fairground needs to be reexamined. I think it is larger than the fenced area depicted - extending farther north and east. It should be described as an area (landuse = recreation_ground?)
