How come the multipolygon for Skinner West was changed to two separate areas? This makes it seem as if there are two schools with the same name, rather than one school with two campuses.

So you are proposing changing the name of the neighborhood to "Argyle Street"? I don't understand your rationale for this; could you clarify?

Indeed, there is now directional signage in the surrounding area that points you towards "Asia on Argyle", not "West Argyle Street Historic District", which you've mentioned is no longer present on the CTA bridge. I can go out and take photos if you'd like. On OSM, we usually prefer to use names that are posted on signage, regardless of what the official name might be.

How come the name of Asia on Argyle was changed back to West Argyle Street Historic District? I feel that the on-the-ground rule favors the new name—I haven't seen the old name posted anywhere, but "Asia on Argyle" is on murals in the neighborhood as well as directional signage along Lake Shore and Sheridan.

Thanks for the tip. I left a reply on the note. Some map renderers mistakenly show these giant detention basins as solid bodies of water, which periodically causes edit wars when new mappers remove the basin tags. I wonder if this is related to the rising popularity of https://wplace.live , which unfortunately shows these as permanent water bodies.
