Thanks for the photo. I checked the NAD dataset and realized that this corresponds with the address of the townhomes which can be accessed from this road - I think this is something closer to an address marker than a street name. Very strange situation though.

That is odd. I looked on streetside imagery and wasn't able to read the sign, either

street is named 3451? Did you mean to add an address to a building, instead?

In changeset/159349255 the editor kindly listed their sources, and I was already familiar with the NBI dataset so I took a look there. In general, the source changeset tag is a good place to start, because it's automatically populated by most editors.

I was able to see the name "Hutto Draw" on FRA maps (which is the source it was added from) as well as the US DOT NBI map. I don't know where that name came from, but it isn't on any of the other common sources for waterway names.
