I read some community discussions and I realized that dropping the `name` tag on sections of roads like this with no "local name" isn't actually as common as I thought it was - sorry for the confusion.

FM 685 is a route number, not a name. Leaving it unnamed is fine if there's not a local name for that portion, like Dessau Road to the south.
