This looks good, but gnis:created is for a specific database from the US government, which describes place names. It's not for when the object was created in OSM - luckily, that is tracked already for us :). I went ahead and removed the GNIS-related tags because the thing they were documenting is no longer there. Happy mapping!

The commercial area probably shouldn't have the restaurant attributes on it. Those should only go on the building or on a node inside of the building.
