Welcome to OSM! This looks good, but I think you might have rejected the tag upgrades for the UPS store - this adds a tag which basically says that this is a different brand than the national chain. I went ahead and corrected the not:brand:wikidata tag that was added in this changeset here:

Welcome to OSM! If the service road is still physically present, it shouldn't be deleted. On aerial imagery it looks like there is a gate - you can map that instead, and add access tags accordingly (see the wiki on how to do this here: access=*)
