Hi menostiempo,
I am not sure if it makes sense to tag this with oneway:bicycle=no, even if that is how it is used. Legally, this is still one way (as silly as that is). Also, the cycleway is still tagged as oneway so this would incorrectly route cyclists onto the service road. I hope the city changes this in the future so this discussion isn't necessary :)

Welcome to OSM! This edit looks good to me - in the future, you can split the way by selecting the node and pressing "X" to make two ways. Doing this allows you to change the tags on part of it while preserving the history of the way for future mappers to see. Happy mapping!

I understand your concerns about the access restrictions for this trail. However, removing the trail is not a good solution - it's more likely for someone else to go and map it again, without the private property indication. Adding access=private will prevent apps like AllTrails and other users of OSM data from displaying this trail to end users. As such, I have added the trail back with access=private. I'm happy to explain more why it is improper to remove the data if you still have concerns!

Hi, tourism=apartment is not the right tag for apartment buildings. You can draw the building outline and tag it as building=apartments. This might not be possible from the Organic Maps app.

Hi, this isn't what I meant - there is a sports center tag (leisure=sports_centre) which you can tag around the entire facility (including the office and all of the courts). You can read about it on the wiki here:
leisure=sports_centre
