you need to add a highway=* tag (probably highway=residential). Right now it doesn't have any feature tags, so it won't render.

On OSM we map the pumps and the convenience store separately. I have made the changes, which you can review here:

Welcome to OSM. I fixed the multipolygon for you - you had the outer way tagged as building=* which caused it to cover the inner holes. You can review my changeset here:

Adding all of these access restrictions is not really necessary - take a look at the default access restrictions on the wiki
osm.wiki/OSM_tags_for_routing/Access_restrictions#United_States_of_America
In these examples you probably don't even need to add access tags at all.
