access=private should only be used for roads where access is restricted in some way. This probably isn't the case for a school service road.

Is the road actually named "Lenmar at Schriber Ranch"? That sounds more like a neighborhood name than a street name. Also, the way you created doubles over the existing road - let me know if you need help fixing that.

When mapping buildings, please only map the building itself. Don't include the parking lot, front lawn, etc. Happy mapping!
