I reverted this changeset because they added nonexistent roads. These were completely destroyed when the interchange was built as described in your description - they aren't appropriate for OSM. Please consider contributing these to OHM if that interests you.

How did you get the boundaries for the Reed parks?

I added the noexit=yes to the old bell alignment based off of aerial imagery, but I haven't been over there in a while. Is it connected to the new alignment or a sidewalk now?
