Welcome to OSM! Thanks for your contribution. Esri World imagery layer already has these houses if you would like to redraw them :) Different imagery layers are updated at different times so it's always a good idea to check through them when you think something might be missing.

Welcome to OSM! Thanks for your contribution. A couple things - addr:street should only include the full, unabbreviated name of the street. The housenumber goes in addr:housenumber only. There's a list of some known values for fitness_station on the wiki, ( fitness_station=* ) , and if these don't fit you can make one of your own. However, please don't use the name field to describe the object. See: osm.wiki/Names#Names_are_not_for_descriptions

Please don't copy information from wikipedia into the description tag. Description should be original work which helps users of the map understand what is being represented. Wikipedia's license requires attribution as well.

Thanks for your contribution and welcome to OSM! A few things: addr:state=* tag should use the abbreviation for the state (Texas->TX) , and the phone should be in the format '+1 nxx nxx nxxx' , with no parentheses. Happy mapping!
