Given the recent "improvements" to Allen Parkway, which include lowering the speed limit to 30 mph, getting rid of the former service road, adding parking for Buffalo Bayou Park, etc. does it still make sense for it to be highway=trunk? I can see highway=primary, but trunk seems like a bit of a stretch.
