The place has gone or never existed. A user of Organic Maps application has reported that the POI was visible on the map (see snapshot date below), but was not found on the ground.

way/225779426 is under interrior renovation since some times now , so maybe we can keep the actual provides feature for reuse when political party will go there.

On the new location the provides feature relations can be merged IMHO.

Frank and Francine are the same restaurant. According to the staff, Francine operates in the evenings though not on a regular basis
