Yes, it is possible to distinguish lanes according to the direction. In OSM we use "left" and "right", according to how the line was drawn. In this case, it is "cycleway:right=lane" and nothing for the left side. I’ve just fixed it, it should be all right now.

It always takes a few days before the "Cycle Map" layer (opencyclemap.org) is updated.

Thanks for adding useful information for bicycle routing. In this changeset, you added a cycle lane in both directions.
As long as I remember, the bicycle lane along Av. Louis Bertrandlaan is only towards Saint-Servais. In the other direction, there are only logos.
Have there been recent changes in the traffic situation here?

I see you are using the iD editor, directly from your browser. I suppose you selected "marked" from the drop-down list. That might explain the mistake.
When pedestrian must follow traffic lights before crossing, the recommended choice is "traffic signals" (and in addition we add crossing_ref=zebra manually but this is not easy to do properly with a simple tool like iD).
Otherwise, added siwewalks is usually a good idea to make the map better for pedestrian routing, as long as tags are used correctly.

I am not sure that building:part is used appropriately here.
This key is aimed at drawing parts of a building that have different characteristics than the rest of that building. The wiki says it should be used exclusively on areas.
It does not seem to mean "this shop occupies one part of a much larger building".
What do you think?

As long as I remember, Anderlecht municipality set a 30-kph speed regime on most streets except a few large boulevards, effective December 2017.
I believe that many streets you tagged as having the default urban value (50) actually belong to 30-kph zones (Dr Lemoine, Claeterbosch/Klaterbos, the residential part of J. Bracops, and some others).
The problem with large 30 kph-zones is that the road signs are not posted in every street and are sometimes hard to catch.

Thanks to SIAMU people for regularly bringing updates about one-way streets.
Could I suggest to have a look at exemptions for cyclists: they are very frequent in Brussels and if a street is transformed to a one-way street it is good to know whether cyclists are still allowed to use it both ways. If this is the case, we add "oneway:bicycle=no". This is important for routing.

You made several changes here, and you even moved some nodes that belong to Alma subway station and deleted many footways; I get bugs in pedestrian routing in this area.

As far as I know, Molenbeek’s countil voted to rename only one part of Place du Chant d’Alouette/Leeuweriksliedplaats; the large green space south of Edmond Machtens has been renamed in honour of Loubna Lafquiri, while the residential part keeps its name and should not have been modified in OSM.
Did you survey this place? What did your survey show?

This residential street is "Avenue de l’Orée - Zoomlaan" and I didn’t see any information about it being officially renamed.
One of the alleys inside the adjacent wood is colloquially named "Chemin des Papillons - Vlindersweg" (but is nowhere to be found on official maps).
Is this a mistake? Or did we miss some information?

OSM uses very specific words, because we re-use the values for many apps.
"paved" means "anything with a hard surface"
I guess you mean the French word "pavés", which are commonly found in Brussels→ the magic word in OSM is "sett".
Apparently you use the online editor (named iD), it’s not in the default list but you can type it manually.

Yes, I think it was necessary to change this.
Incidently, I passed by this area a few days ago and saw the sign when entering the path from Ch. de Wavre/Stwg op Waver. It is a F99 with only foot and bicycle categories → it should be highway=footway+bicycle=yes (or highway=cycleway+foot=yes), and certainly not legally open to horses.

I suppose it’s simply a typo. I’ve changed it into 50. Feel free to comment if I’m misguided.

I consulted fellow mappers and there is some consensus in favour of dropping the access tag here. Restricted or semi-restricted make little sense for buildings; that might work if one day someone starts mapping the full indoor layout. In the present situation, we feel it is better not to mention anything, since it’s common sense that government buildings will always have some parts that are not open to any random visitor.
