TG Builders Merchant opened here recently, and is yet to appear on satellite imagery. I was able to mark the area by referencing photographs, but a site survey would be best.

This is a formal recreation area named The Gorse, Lodge Lane

Water mill buildings, mill stream and pool - all need adding

This road is a very narrow and steep country road unsuitable for larger vehicles including delivery vans and HGVs. Residents have had to arrange for vehicles getting stuck to be towed out.
