Since change set is so broad (worldwide), & doesn't have a description, I suggest that it should be reverted.

Well crap, you're right. Is there an automated way to change tags on a bunch of nodes?

With this change you added ele=0.0033* to a bunch of nodes that are at around 2200 m.

I found that selecting the offending nodes and 'merge' works well.

Oops. Is there a tool to do that or an easy way to do that in josm?

my change comment is wrong, should have been changed motorvehicle to yes
