My mistake, the MVUM was updated last year and I was working from an old one. That road is on the new MVUM.

Nice resource, I didn't know about that one. I think I found what you're looking at in the Trails_COTREX*.shp. That contradicts USFS data, I'll send an inquiry to cotrex to see what they say.

Why did you add motor_vehicle=yes to this track? It is not on the MVUM, which means it is not open to motor vehicles.

You added some tags, but did not add motor_vehicle=no. The MVUM & USFS GIS do have errors. So I asked the question since I assumed that you would have added that tag if it was relevant

Hi Val, FR 346 & 346A are not shown as open on the MVUM, it looks like you were recently there. Are these open to mtr vehicles?

Yes, thx. Every usfs map & usgs topo shows it in the wrong place. I'll tag it as abandoned & add a note about the official maps being wrong so someone else doesn't look at the and mess up the correct one. I though I saw something on imagery, but maybe not.
I was wrong about it showing as 315.1 on the topo, I was misreading a label for another road.

I don't care very much, but TR is common on trail signs, and we use FR on the forest roads.

This road #686208509, labeled FR 315.2 is shown as 315.1 on USGS topo, and is not on the MVUM? Were you there and verified that it is open? There is another road, just west of this one, which is labeled 315.2 on the mvum, and is open to MV
