Wieso wurde denn hier access=no eingetragen, aber psv=yes? Ist die Straße wirklich für Fahrzeuge gesperrt?

Within the changeset you changed the roads leading up to the ferry to service driveway. Is this really correct? Isn't the ferry part of the WA525 and therefore the access roads should be part of the WA 525 and highway=primary, as it was before the changeset?

Die Sperrung ist ja mit conditional angegeben, die Straße sollte also wieder befahrbar sein.

Wouldn't it be better to close the disconnection, but add it as construction? I almost closed this, as it looks like tagging issue.
