effectivement, c'est un problème, l'accès (même piéton) n'est pas autorisé au public, donc tout mettre en private, y compris les parkings (auto+vélo+moto) à l'est après la barrière levante.
Faut-il passer l'ensemble des voies du campus en private, ou simplement mettre l'indication sur les 2 points d'accès?
Pour le bout de voie avant la barrière devant la résidence nexity, je crois que c'est réservé à la residence (+accès estp), donc "destination" me semblerait correct

hello, for the buildings, it's good practice to "Square" them (http://vespucci.io/help/en/Way%20selected/) , and building:part is only used to create a sub part of single building (for example if one part has 2 levels and the other 5), but for this case it's better to have only building=school, if you don't, the building will not appear on the map.
