I was absolutely 100% sure there was an approved tag, but now I cannot find it on the wiki. How very strange. I even made a video about how to map them a year ago, and I usually only do them with some sort of back-up on the wiki.

It is not vacant as such, they have given up the shop, but haven't vacated. Three was always next door, it was just in the wrong location on the map, because of the lack of house numbering etc.

A tag with an upper case is quite unusual, what's more is that stile=gate does not make a lot of sense. Could you check against the wiki to see whether you could find a better fitting tag for it, please? barrier=stile

Sorry, did you maybe mean "source=GPS" rather than "stile=GPS"?

Maybe somebody else has looked for them already. I used this: https://taginfo.openstreetmap.org/keys/stile#values, then you click on the suspicious tags like "stst" and then on overpass-turbo on the very top right. The table is rendered every day, so today's changes aren't reflected yet.
