The sat imagery is too fuzzy to see what is really going on here, but it looks like this building way surrounds two physical buildings and there is a path going through the building. The path and building ways should be cleaned up by someone more familiar with the area, or someone with better imagery.

This mapped road (that's 5 years old) doesn't match current satellite imagery. Does this really exist?

Something got very messed up with the mapped road here. I'm not exactly sure how to fix it with the various relations in play. Someone else should give it a try.
