There's only one semi-wide lane, but narrow enough that two cars can't pass eachother. On both sides there's wide biking paths, that are only delimited with road paint. All traffic can ride in both directions, and when two cars going opposite directions needs to pass eachother, they are meant to lean into the bike lane, and then afterwards return back to the center lane.
