If someone will put new name label on your street because of he thinks it is better, later another one will change it to next name. What will be next? Thats why we must take into consideration government. If we will allow group of users change any location to what they want it will be mush.

name tag was copied to "name:uk" tag. It is supposed that all name tag already in ukrainian language so it is ok. No other changes were made

before these changeset were translated more than 50000 untranslated names, then supposing names are in correct language, theese names were copied into name:uk tags as correct translation, all possbile errors were fixed in later changesets.

some users like @Telvin thinks if it were fun if he will delete these translations
