when you take a global perspective estuaries usually get cut across to get a compact coastline; see this example from the US: way/390943165

Including all salt-water environments into the coastline is a pointless endeavour when the marine influence reaches tens of miles inland. In such regions the coastline is always something artificial, defined by government for purposes like the Exclusive Economic Zone.

the buildings are all wrong when you compare them to DigitalGlobe Vivid or similar. I mean they really look fake: 10 neighboring buildings with distinct layouts discernible in high-resolution imagery all had the same building outline according to Dartmouthmapmaker.

BTW: I'm very sorry for meddling together multiple things, but when trying to upload only a selection there were conflicts I was unable to resolve.
