Please focus on the warnings that you see when you upload data and try to fix the same before final upload. For example addr:housenumber addr:street are needed. addr:housenumber has a name rather than house number. addr:street is not added.

Nice to see you are cleaning up lot of warnings, Please upload in smaller area level like that of a district for your changsets for facilitating easier review.

It may be better to concentrate on adding features from the gpx traces that you have, rather than add village track roads

This seems to be more like an alley (narrow street) rather than residential from Bing imagery and the end segment does not looklike a road at all. Unless you have clear evidence of ground truth like gps track, it is advisable not to map these just based on imagery.
