This building trace (way/1192841272) does not seem accurate, as it excludes staircase like segment. Unless you are familiar with the locality, it is easy to make mistakes. Map only the features that are clearly visible.

Please provide detailed changeset comments instead of cryptic "z8". It may be more useful to map only buildings and leave out surrounding unconstructed plots. For this way/1192841303 a building is visible in Bing imagery, while you have flagged entire feature as grassland

There is no need to name buildings or houses, just add a way (polygon) representing it and add tag building=residential .

This wooded area (way/1192746785 ) does not match Bing imagery There is no need for fine detail of all angles for a wooded area. Approximation removing the area adjacent to buildings would be fine.

This (way/1192580800) appears to be two buildings rather than one from the imagery. Imagery of top of tall buildings is usally set off from the actual ground locations. It would be useful to keep that in mind while adding the ways that form building.

When you are adding a building for a feature (ex: way/1192572837#map=19/11.93397/79.83176), it may be better to delete node corresponding to the same feature if it exists as in this case.
