This looks ok, if you have first hand knowledge of the location. As the poi is already existing as node cochin cement limited (8397094681), that needs to be deleted. Also as it is a factory, it would be useful if you can map the driveway road to it.

The tag wetland=marsh does not seem be suitable , based on Bing imagery. Unless you have first hand knowledge of the location, it may be better to map as natural=water and water=pond.

The way way/1190085899 is not clearly visible from the imagery specified. If you are using local knowledge or GPS trace information can you add that as source.

Naming suffixes in parenthesis may not be required unless there are places with same name in neighboring districts Check this as an example: node/11049429079

We are not using District suffix for the districts in Andhra Pradesh for example. it is similar to how a country's boundary is named. For print rendering the names need to be short as well. You may reconsider your edits in light of the above
