yes, It is 9th floor market. every level has a lot of shop.

These were on field collected data. So I checked the data error (like osm tag and spelling mistake) in XML format by QGIS software, that's why two rows automatically added- one was osm_type and second one full_id.
Unfortunately, I uploaded the file with the two tags before deleting the tags.
