Correct spelling is Oguzhan, not "Oguzkhan". Turkmen spelling is Oguzhan and that should be the source, not a transliteration from Russian Cyrillic Огузхан. Please see the OSM wiki article on Turkmenistan: osm.wiki/Turkmenistan#General_Naming_Conventions

House number is 4, not "kosi". Please put only numbers in the addr:housenumber field per OSM guidelines.

I deleted your duplicate entry for IUHD. The campus is already identified by name on the university grounds. The OSM rule is one entry per point of interest. Thanks for your help in maintaining the map of Turkmenistan.

I drove over these railroad tracks and captured ground level imagery. There is no bridge. It is a ground-level rail crossing. Fixing now.
