I retagged the rehabilitation center as a clinic from hospital. In a hospital, patients are kept 24 hours per day, sleep in the hospital. In a clinic, outpatients are treated, then they go home. This building looks too small to be a "hospital".

Thanks for mapping this, but no highway in Turkmenistan is signed "street". I just drove on this road today and it is signed "şaýoly", and it is not signed at all outside the village limits, so I am editing this to correct it.
