You are right, this cannot be an embassy, the embassy is in Bogota. It is also not a consulate since the U.S. government has no consulates in Colombia, only the embassy.

Hi, thanks for checking. The official Egyptian MFA website here https://www.egyptembassy.org/location/italy/egypt-consolate-milan/ lists the address as Via Porpora 26. But I notice the Milan consulate's Facebook page lists Via timavo 17. Is the Via Porpora address obsolete (i.e., the Egyptians haven't updated their website)? Thanks for checking.
