Fence surrounding the park is missing. Also this gate is in the fence, not on the road.

Lines 58 and 58B are on diversion route until fall 2019, and so not use Aleksis Kiven katu at all until that.

Some of these buildings have been demolished and new construction is ongoing. Even the tramway has been slightly diverted.
