If you have seen the sign on the building it means the location in the cadaster is wrong.

Why did you removed the buildings with addresses? Addresses were filled from the cadaster.
Also the new buildings are not reflect the actual rectangle shapes.

Please change addr:place to addr:street

Please don't map the whole apartment buildings as shops.
