But in OSM here, we use hamlet for smaller village and village in urban area, if not there willl be something like Bandar Sunwway, Kampung Kinrara, Selangor in address

Hello, you can create a multipolygon relation for Cheras, like KL or PJ, not adding nodes like this

We use suburbs for section, but for PJU/SS/USJ/Section in PJ and SA it is suggested to use in boundary from like Sec 1 in PJ, so please delete the node after you created a multipolygon for Sec 9 Shah Alam. And please use quarter instead of suburb.
