This is currently a construction site. It isn’t clear if it will be a street again when the project is finished. I’m any case, there’s a chain link fence around the whole block right now, and this street is inaccessible.

Bridge here is actually a combined bridge and embankment. Bridge over tracks and embankment is the remainder.
