Is this really a disused shop? Or is that an old tag which should have been removed?

There are three properties here, not two. There addresses are 1,2,3 Laurel Cottages, Frederick Road and cannot be accessed via High Bank Close.

There is driveway access off of Frederick rd to Laurel Cottages that is not shown here. There is also a separate path that runs parallel to the driveway up to High Bank Close. This is only a foot path.

This road leads west and then north to Northiam. Is it definitely called "Northam Road" and not "Northiam Road"?

OS OpenMap also has "Northam" - perhaps this is the source of the OSM label, and it's possible the road name and town name have deviated organically over time.

Bing StreetSide has a signpost to Northiam, but I couldn't make out any road name signs. At least some businesses (e.g. Staplecross Pre-School Playgroup at St Mark's) use "Northiam Road".
