Where are these buildings? There are 2 in the middle of the road

There is a point "Webster Village Hall". I presume this is some sort of a town hall? Can someone tag it properly please?

These apartment blocks should be mapped better. The big building should be split up into different buildings (in OSM), since I'm pretty sure they are different buildings in reality.
