Hi there. You added a road here called "Woodford Rd". Just for the record, in OSM we usually don't use name appreviations, like "Rd". it's better to use "Road" instead. Otherwise there are could be expanded either way. Is "St" street or saint? etc. :)

Hi. You asked for a review of this change, so here it is.

This looks great. Lots of fine details that need local knowledge (like names).

Welcome to OSM, please keep adding things. :)

Hang on. Is the new building called "Liam Rodgers Centre"? If so then you did nothing wrong. Usually in OSM we just change the name/tag of a building rather than deleting & redrawing, which confused me (Don't worry, there's nothing wrong with deleteing & redrawing)

Hi there, and welcome to OSM.You asked for a review of this changeset, so here it is.

Thanks for your contribution. it's always good to get local knowledge .

Are you sure about this building? The other building you deleted was added a month ago ( changeset/55933849#map=19/53.44808/-6.19985 ) with a comment that it was a new building. Are you sure there is a sports centre thing here instead?

Aerial imagery isn't updated constantly, so it can get out of date.

For the record, when you have a car park, you don't need to put a name on it, from the `amenity=parking` tag we can figure out what it is. Some car parks have names, (e.g. an airport with "Long Stay Car Park 2"), otherwise we don't. It's also better to enter the name using the proper capitalization.

Hi there, and welcome to OSM. You asked for a review of this changeset, so here it is.

This looks mostly fine. I don't think many data consumers use the "_1" tag trick. There are multiple ways to work around OSM's "only one key" limitation, this is one way. So eh, looks alright I suppose.

Hi. You asked for a review, so here it is.

This looks good. You're right, if there's a village there, we should add a `place=village` node. The townland alone isn't enough. (There are plenty of townlands which only cover a few fields and aren't also a village).

I wonder though, is this at the right point? Usually the "place node" is put at the "centre" of the place. So for a village, where is the "centre"? If there was some sort of protest, where would everyone gather?

Yes it is confusing. :)

There's a new postcode system which gives every address a unique number which can help with this.

56799755

> Without a number you can't get post anyway...

Er.... You're not familiar with Irish addresses are you?

35% of addresses are shared/duplicate, usually in places where housenumbers aren't used.

56799755

I can understand the reasoning behind making some tools stop complaining, but this school almost certainly has *an* address. It might not have a house number, but it *must* be possible for them to get post.

Hi! Welcome to OSM. You asked for a review of this edit, so here it is.

This looks fine. Thanks for the contribution. OSM doesn't have a lot of address details, so all these contributions are welcome and useful. 😁

There's also a addr:housename field/tag but I think name should be OK.

There's a few houses in the area. Can you help us out and add some more house names or numbers? 😁😁😁

Hi! Here you added an untagged way ( way/477352951#map=17/53.54606/-9.33743 ) what's that supposed to be?

19298429

here you added a big untagged way ( way/250246300 ). What's going on here?

Hi. In this edit, you changed the `name` of this stretch of the Zambezi to "Zambeze". Is that right? The name:en is still Zambezi. I thought the "name" was Zambezi?

Hi there. In this changeset, you addd an untagged tiny triangle here. I don't think there is much need for malaria elimination in Co. Limerick. 😉 I think I'll clean it up a bit.

Hi, you asked for a review, so here it is. This mostly looks fine. I don't know about the `natural=wood` that's usually for naturally growing woods. Whereas this is more like landuse=trees (or landuse=grass). What do you think?

Anything in particular you want a review with? Have FF really moved out of St Lukes? Bit of an end of an era!

Hi! You asked for a review, so here it is. You're not new to OSM though. 🙂

I was going to say that the `landuse=greenfield` looked weird. But a quick check of taginfo tells me that there are 41,000 of them in OSM, so clearly this is correct.

Is there anything in particular that you were unsure of that you wanted people to review?

41225479

Hi. I notice you added a name for the river here (Maramba). Is there any reason the name doesn't continue all the way to the Zambezi? There's a small stretch ( here way/23817331#map=15/-17.8867/25.8686 ) which has no "name" tag. Doesn't this have the same name?

I thought I'd ask you first before making any changes, or guesses, myself.

55974882

That's OK. We all start somewhere. 😁 Lots of these aren't "mistakes", they aren't *wrong*. There are just things that could be done better. :)

Hello. Welcome to OSM! 😁 You asked for a review, of this change, so here it is.

This is all good edits. It's always good to see people looking after their local area in OSM.

You added some houses, did you know that you can press S in the iD editor and it'll make your corners right angeled? That's more realistic and accurate. It's also a good idea to add as much info as you know, like house numbers.

You added a leisure=park, which is more for actual parks. Patches of grass in housing estates is more like landuse=grass

There's a few beginner mistakes where the editor will "glue"/"attach" ways/lines together, but that's OK. I might go through and tidy it up, if you'd like?
