This building has two businesses inside.

Suite A contains the Baja Laundry, a basic laundromat with washing machines that accept quarters and dollar coins, dryers that accept quarters (some may accept dollar coins), and change machines.

Suite B contains Pik a Pop #1, a convenience store where fuel can be paid for (see below), has a vending machine that dispenses scratch tickets, and an ATM.

On site amenities include parking, three fuel dispensers (card or pay inside), and an air machine (card and/or coin). It should also be noted that the fuel brand is now Petro USA.
