not sure what you mean @speedwatcher34, google maps is absolutely not used and forbidden to be used in any way by openstreetmap.

hi @dhix there are exceptions but generally the maxspeed tag should just be used on the way, not the nodes too.

Speed bumps/humps/tables that have an advisory speed signposted are a common time to use maxspeed:advisory on nodes.

I couldn't find any viewpoint here so I've deleted it.

I appreciate your effort mapping this out, but it isn't a building, it's just a roof, I've changed the tagging and deleted some of the ways which weren't building features.

Hey mate, I just did the Hoddles track. You added the viewpoint node/4824600488 but we had to go off track to get to that point and it didn't show any signs of any, even a faint sign of usage by others. Yes, there's a bit of a view here, but I'm not sure it warrants to be mapped, is it any different to any other point on the cliff along the whole Illawarra escarpment? What do you think?
I also downgraded a section of the track to grade5 since it hardly shows any signs of ware, mostly it's grass without any hard materials.

It doesn't look like that footbridge actually connects to the road at that point, instead remaining physically separated as it goes down into the carpark along side the service road.

oops, I made the edit with the wrong account.

This reverts changeset/46913865 which as far as I can see, didn't move the railway=station anywhere and merges in the newer node which was added post-removal node/5124591624

I removed the node you added for Redfern inhttps://www.openstreetmap.org/changeset/58719569 and place it on a new area way around the whole station. It's good practice to only have one railway=station for Redfern as there is only one station here. See the wiki for railway=station for further details. Happy to discuss the change. If you need nodes, you can use the centroid of the way.

FYI building=entrance is deprecated building=entrance

instead you can just use entrance=*
